We reach out to you or vice versa to discuss your property and your interest in guaranteed rent. This is where we get to know each other and see if our services are a good fit for you.

We'll visit your property to take a look and understand its potential and condition. This helps us determine the guaranteed rent we can offer.

If we both agree to move forward, we'll draw up a clear and compliant management contract outlining the terms, including the guaranteed rent amount and the duration of the agreement which is on average between 3-5 years. This ensures everyone is on the same page.

Once the contract is signed, you'll hand over the keys to us, giving us the responsibility for the property. This marks the start of your hands-off income.

You'll receive your agreed-upon fixed rent from us every month, like clockwork, regardless of how many tenants we have in the property. This provides you with reliable income.

We then take on the role of managing the property or will be managed by the agent. We will take on the responsibility of finding suitable tenants to make it easier for everyone, handling their needs, and taking care of bills including minor maintenance. You can relax knowing your property is being looked after.

Depending on our agreement, we can keep you updated on the property's condition and any significant events, ensuring you're always in the loop without being burdened by the day-to-day details.

When our agreed term comes to an end, the property is returned to you in the condition specified in our contract, this all depends on if you wish to renew the term or wish to part ways
