What exactly is "rent-to-rent" and how does it work for me?
Essentially, we become your reliable tenant, guaranteeing you a fixed rental income every month. We then manage the property, find suitable tenants, and handle the day-to-day upkeep, so you receive consistent rent without the usual landlord responsibilities.

Who will be living in my property?
We carefully select tenants who meet our criteria, which may include working professionals, families, or other responsible individuals, depending on the type of property and our agreed strategy. We ensure all tenants go through a thorough vetting process.

What happens if there's damage to my property?
We take responsibility for fair wear and tear during the tenancy. For any significant damage caused by our tenants beyond normal wear and tear, we have processes in place to address repairs, as outlined in our agreement with you.

Will I still have any control over my property?
While we manage the property on a day-to-day basis, you will still own the property and we will adhere to the terms of our agreement. We can also agree on certain conditions or communication protocols to keep you informed.

What happens if you can't find tenants for the property?
This is where our due diligence comes in to play. The research we would have done would show that we would be able to find tenants. However in the worst case we would have a Void agreement in place to part ways in the off chance we do not get any tenants within 3 months.

How is this different from using a traditional letting agent?
With a traditional letting agent, they find tenants and manage the property, but your rental income can fluctuate with void periods and you're still responsible for many management tasks. With us, you receive a guaranteed fixed income, and we take on the full management responsibility, offering a more hands-off approach for you.
